Understanding Seller Panel Terms #

This section explains the key terms and features you’ll encounter in the Araati Seller Panel. Understanding these terms will help you navigate the platform with confidence and manage your store more efficiently.

Key Terms #

Point of Sale (POS) #

The Point of Sale (POS) allows you to process sales made in your physical store directly through the Seller Panel. You can create orders, accept payments, issue receipts, and manage inventory for both in-store and online sales from one place.

Return Orders #

This section displays all return requests submitted by customers after receiving their orders. Here, you can review, approve, reject, or manage returns according to Araati’s return policy.

Attributes #

Attributes are the characteristics that describe a product. They help customers understand your products better and make it easier to filter search results.

Examples of attributes include:

  • Color
  • Size
  • Material
  • Weight
  • Brand
  • Capacity
  • Style

Learn more about creating and managing product attributes in the next section.

Settlements #

The Settlements page shows all payments that Araati has processed and transferred to your registered payment account. You can also view settlement dates, amounts, and payment status.

Wallet #

Your Wallet displays your available earnings and current balance. From here, you can submit withdrawal requests and view your withdrawal history.

Subscriptions #

Manage your seller subscription plan here. Araati offers:

  • Free Plan – Perfect for getting started.
  • Pro Plan – Includes additional tools and features designed to help you grow your business.

Ad Campaigns #

Promote your products by creating advertising campaigns on the Araati website and mobile app. Running ads can help increase your product visibility, reach more customers, and boost sales.

Ad Wallet #

Your Ad Wallet contains the funds used to pay for your advertising campaigns. You can add money to your wallet and monitor your advertising spend from this section.

Roles & Permissions #

Invite employees or team members to help manage your store. You can assign different roles and control what each user is allowed to access or modify within your Seller Panel.

Variations #

Variations allow you to sell multiple versions of the same product without creating separate listings.

For example, a T-shirt may have different:

  • Sizes (S, M, L, XL)
  • Colors (Black, Blue, White)
  • Styles

Each variation can have its own price, stock quantity, SKU, and images.

SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) #

A Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) is a unique code assigned to each product or product variation. SKUs help you identify products, track inventory accurately, manage stock levels, and support barcode scanning.

For example:

  • TSHIRT-BLK-M
  • SHOE-WHT-42
  • BAG-RED-L

Using unique SKUs makes inventory management faster and more accurate, especially as your product catalog grows.
